Agreement

By using True Stars ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• One account per person. Automated or bot accounts are not permitted.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate other users.
• Post spam, advertisements, or unsolicited promotions.
• Share content that is illegal, sexually explicit, or depicts violence against real people.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or private data.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.

Community Standards: Zero Tolerance

True Stars has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You may not post, send, or share content that includes:

• Harassment, bullying, stalking, or targeted abuse of any person.
• Hate speech or content that attacks people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, disease, age, sex, gender identity, or sexual orientation.
• Any sexual content involving minors. We report such content to the appropriate authorities.
• Sexually explicit or pornographic material.
• Threats of violence, encouragement of self-harm, or content that glorifies violence.
• Spam, scams, or deceptive content.
• Content that is illegal or promotes illegal activity.

This applies everywhere in the Service, including discussions, replies, profiles, and direct and group messages. We may remove violating content without notice and suspend or permanently ban accounts that break these rules.

Reporting. You can report any discussion, reply, profile, or message from within the app. We review reports and act on objectionable content within 24 hours, including removing the content and ejecting the user who posted it. You can also email support@truestarz.net.

Blocking. You can block any user from their profile. Blocked users can no longer message you in direct or group chats, send you friend requests, or reply to your discussions.

User Content

• You retain ownership of content you post (discussions, replies, journal entries, profile information).
• By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it within the Service.
• We may remove content that violates these terms or is reported by other users.
• You can delete your own content at any time.

Astrology Content

True Stars provides astrology information based on astronomical calculations and AI-generated interpretations. This content is for entertainment and personal reflection only. It is not medical, financial, legal, or professional advice. Do not make important life decisions based solely on astrology readings.

Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use your data.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings. Upon deletion, all your data is permanently removed per our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of calculations, or availability of AI-generated content.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, True Stars shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
